We welcome a new Italian mirror (2004-07-20)

Thanks to Silio d'Angelo and the 2nd University of Rome, FreeType sources can now be obtained from Italy. We have updated the front page and FTP mirrors section to reflect this. The list of FTP mirrors has also been cleaned up since some mirrors cannot be reached anymore.
